Five countries - Germany, USA, Italy, France and the UK - consume more than 50 percent of all swiss exports by value. D&B continously monitors all factors that influence the economy of a country. The D&B country rating of Germany, USA, France and UK is DB2a - a low country risk. In contrast to the other  important export receivers, the trend for UK is negative. Italy shows a slightly higher country risk with DB3a. But altogether, all monitored countries are reliable partners for exports. The risks of losses that could occur when doing business with unstable countries that are overthrown is very small with these nations.
